Mark Danenhower founded The Solar Company after recognizing the need for skilled, experienced, and certified installers for the solar panel installation business in California. In business since 1990, the company became The Solar Company in 2004.
The Solar Company stays up to date and educated on the newest and best installations practices. The install crew has been professionally trained and has worked with Mr. Danenhower since 1998. All installers have received training through the SunPower University and one is also a licensed general contractor.
The Solar Company has two NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) certified individuals: Mark Danenhower and Eric Piekarczyk. It is the only national certification for photovoltaic installers.
