Whenever we search for a product to purchase, we often look to the reviews and suggestions of our friends and family. There is also no doubt in my mind that in today’s Internet-driven world, we also look for customer reviews online. Everything stemming from product quality, function, efficiency, customer service, appeal, and ease of use are all factors that are rated either individually or as a whole.

Reviews market a company’s image. That’s why it’s so important to provide exceptional service along with a good product because customer experience drives the business forward.

Honesty also plays an important factor for any type of sales. It is with honesty that we are able to provide the most suitable product for our customers. As we all know, there are many sales representatives who tend to sell products that we do not need or do not meet our expectations.

At The Solar Company, we only offer what is best, suitable, and appropriate for our customers needs. For instance, if we feel that our product cannot meet a customer’s optimal energy requirement or desired energy output due to conditions such as not enough space or too much obstruction, we let the customer know and allow the decision to be placed with the customer, where it should be.

In a previous post on Shade Trees and Solar Arrays, Brendan spoke to a customer who made an informed decision to purchase our solar panels even though our analysis showed that there was only enough sunlight exposure to power 65% of his appliances.

In this particular case, through a free analysis, we let the customer know that the shade coming from trees surrounding his property would not be enough to power his entire home. This is how we believe service should be provided.
